Qudos Bank Arena, located in Sydney Olympic Park, is one of Sydney's highest tek large venues that has played host to a huge array of the biggest Australian and international acts. With a set up of both seating and GA (general admission; stood up) options the arena is catered to everyone's needs. With a capacity of 21,000 and great access to car parks and public transport, the arena is super accessible and easy to get to and from your gig.

Overall child-friendliness: Due to the many seating options, Qudos bank arena is a great kid friendly venue (but it all depends on the gig you're going to in the end)
Getting There
Trains
Trains from central run frequently to Lidcombe where services run every 10 minutes to Olympic Park station. Olympic Park Station is on Olympic Boulevard which is just a short 5 minute walk from Qudos Bank Arena. Specific event trains also run from central and it is best to check the running times before leaving.
Buses
Ideally, the best way to get to Qudos Bank Arena is via train but buses (like the 525 and the 526) run from Strathfield straight from the venue.
Ferries
Ferries and rivercats run regularly from Circular Quay and the city out to Sydney Olympic Park where an adjoining 526 bus runs straight to the venue.

Driving
Parking is easy at Sydney Olympic park due to the over 10,000 onsite car parks throughout the area. The largest (and closest) car park is directly attached to Qudos Bank Arena, the P1 car park can accommodate over 3,300 cars. Pricing for the P1 (and all other car parks in Sydney Olympic park) is charged at $5.00 per hour and capped at $25.00. In order to get a parking spot, it is advised that you pre book your parking spot before your gig, which can be done here.
Taxis and Ubers
A dedicated taxi rank is located on Herb Elliot Ave located near the Pullman Hotel. Ubers additionally run from nearby.

For dinner, it serves an array of share plates and tasty main meals as well as an extensive selection of wines, located about 4.5 km from Qudos Bank Arena. However, it does shut early so I’d suggest going for a long lunch and then to your gig.
