ANZ Stadium is Sydney's biggest music and sport venue after having played host to huge acts such as Eminem and Adele and crowds of up to 98,364 people, as well as the biggest league, union and football games in its 25 years of operation. Fit with easy public transport access, built in bars and cafes, ANZ stadium makes for a perfect spot for all the big gigs.

General Vibe: Loud. Surprisingly good atmosphere for such a big arena, great for gigs with high tech performances (think Coldplay's head full of dreams tour) .


Overall child-friendliness: Due to the many seating options, ANZ Stadium is a great kid friendly venue, especially for a first gig

A restaurant and bar that is famous for its (giant) breakfast share platter.

For dinner, it serves an array of share plates and tasty main meals as well as an extensive selection of wines, located about 4.5 km from Qudos Bank Arena. However, it does shut early so I’d suggest going for a long lunch and then to your gig.

  • Water bottles are not permitted

  • Smoking and e-cigarettes are banned outside designated smoking areas

  • Bag sizes (including eskis) are limited to 30cm x 40cm
